21 of 23 Pleats Done
Because the pleats haven't been basted down and pressed, and because they are hanging off the edge of my work table,
it looks like the horizontal stripes below the fell are pretty far out of alignment. I think I've done a better job
of keeping the "stairstep" out of the lower stripes this time.
