Danish Medallion and Double Weave

Danish Medallion, meh. Like double weave though. If only I can figure out how it works. So far, I haven't been able to make tubes that are sealed at both ends. I'd like to, as one of my first projects, make a pad for my loom's bench. Double weave seems ideal for that. The white tube with the pink and yellow threads stick out of the right side, is sealed at three of the four sides.
